<p>Heljdu operite i skuvajte. Nešto kasnije ćete je dodati sadržaju. Suvi vrat isecite na kockice i propržite na ulju. Dospite 1 l mlake vode, i umešajte sadržaj kesice krem supe od gljiva i majoran. Kad supa provri, kuvajte je na laganoj vatri još desetak minuta. Na kraju treba umešati skuvanu heljdu. Pre služenja, dodajte kiselu pavlaku.</p></div>

<p>Umesiti integralno heljdino i pšenično brašno u razmeri 1:1. Smesa treba da bude malo gušća nego kod pripreme klasičnih palačinaka. Palačinke peći u vatrostalnoj posudi zajedno sa filom. Kod pripreme fila umutiti kajmak sa jajima (poput izrade fila za pitu sa sirom). U vatrostalnu posudu ređati red palačinki, red fila i zapeći u rerni.</p></div>

<p>Staviti brašno u posudu a zatim po malo dodavati vodu. Kad testo prestane da se lepi, izvaditi ga na dasku i još malo mesiti. Istanjiti na 1 mm debljine i iseći u željenom obliku i veličini. Tako pripremljeno testo kuvati desetak minuta.</p>

<p>Heljdu skuvati u pola litra vode. Bundevine semenke propržiti i samleti ih u mlinu. Beli luk i celerovo lišće iseckati. Crni luk iseckati i prodinstati na malo ulja. Dodati kuvanu heljdu i ostale sastojke pa sve dobro izmešati. Smesu razvaljati u podmazan pleh, zapeći dok ne porumeni a zatim seći na komade željene veličine. Služiti uz svežu salatu.</p>
